Refund policy

PosTerBooK sells collectible paper goods and printed ephemera, including original movie flyers, Japanese chirashi, exhibition paper, posters, postcards, and related printed materials.

If you are in the EU or UK, you may have a legal right to cancel an eligible distance purchase within 14 days after delivery. To request a return or cancellation, please contact PosTerBooK within 14 days after delivery before sending anything back.

For customers outside the EU and UK, we do not accept returns because of a change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong item. We will still review and resolve claims for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing.

We do not offer exchanges. Approved returns are handled by mail using the return instructions provided by PosTerBooK.

Return labels are not included in the package and are not available for automatic download. Customers must arrange the return shipment after receiving approval and return instructions from PosTerBooK. For an eligible change-of-mind return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the item is incorrect, damaged, or the result of our error, we will agree an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

Returned items must be returned in their original condition and packed safely, ideally using the original protective packaging. Unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or the result of our error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For eligible EU/UK cancellation returns, we will refund the item price and the standard outbound shipping amount paid at checkout where required by applicable law. Any supplementary shipping option beyond the standard method is not refundable unless required by law. Import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or local taxes collected outside our checkout are generally not refunded by PosTerBooK.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected, or after valid proof of return is provided where required by applicable law. PosTerBooK processes an approved refund within 7 days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing, please contact us within 7 days after delivery, at posterbook2018@gmail.com. Please include clear photos of the packaging and the item. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution.

Please do not return items without contacting us first. Return instructions will be provided after your return request is reviewed.

If a package is refused, returned because of unpaid customs/import charges, or returned because of an incorrect address provided by the buyer, any refund or reshipment will be reviewed after the package is returned to us. Original shipping, return shipping, customs handling, or other unrecoverable costs may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.
