Orders ship from the PosTerBooK archive in Beijing, China.
We offer two customer-facing shipping options at checkout:

Priority Tracked Shipping
Both options use tracked international shipping services. Depending on the destination and current route availability, we may use China Post Registered Mail, YunExpress, China Post EMS, or another comparable tracked service. The carrier used for a specific order may vary.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on destination, customs processing, local postal handling, holidays, weather, airline capacity, and other factors outside our control.
Paper goods are packed flat and protectively for international shipment. We take care to protect original movie flyers, Japanese chirashi, exhibition paper, posters, postcards, and other printed ephemera during transit.
Tracking is provided for shipped orders where supported by the carrier route. If a parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact PosTerBooK at posterbook2018@gmail.com. We will help review the tracking status and open a carrier inquiry where appropriate.
Customs duties, VAT, import charges, brokerage fees, and local taxes may apply depending on the destination country or region. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless Shopify checkout explicitly shows that such charges are collected at purchase.
For EU customers, VAT, customs clearance fees, import charges, and local taxes may apply. For orders with an intrinsic value not exceeding EUR 150, import VAT may be handled through IOSS or collected by the carrier or local customs if it is not collected at checkout. For higher-value shipments, customs duties and additional import charges may also apply.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unpaid customs/import charges, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.
